Aluminium Welding

Here at Brooklands Welding we have the technology and the 'know how' to make almost anything. If you have a project that needs to be constructed in Aluminium contact us, we will be able to determine if the project is viable and provide you with costings. Aluminium is a lightweight metal which can be highly polished or brushed for the finished effect.

We undertake all types of projects from inception to modification, or repairs of an existing items. To show you some of the work we have done, the seams on the hoppers were welded inside and out to ensure meeting the necessary Food & Hygiene standards. Giving you some indication of this project, these hoppers were four feet tall and were to hold coffee beans.

At Brooklands Welding we undertake single projects for Clients. Everest Windows approached us with a requirement for a custom frame to slide into the back of one of their Ford vans to enable Everest to transport samples to customers in their homes. Once we had looked at the specifications, a design plan was made and work started immediately on the frame.

Custom Alloy Frames for transport

Sections were designed and fitted to hold sample windows securely whilst in transit. The metal we used to make the frame was aluminium. Consideration had to be given when choosing the metal for weight and durability.Once the project was finished and presented to Everest, they were extremely pleased with the mobile sample van, which enabled them to expand their double glazing sales.
